A: eCash is the common electronic currency used in Koyo World website, referred as eCash.
Q: What is the relationship between eCash and RMB?
A: Buying eCash: 1 e = 4RM. Selling eCash: 1 e = 3.6RM
Q: How to buy eCash?
A: (1) Can buy it via Internet bank transfer to company’s account. (2) Directly buy it from company’s members.
Q: What is the validity date of eCash?
A: eCash is the common currency used in company website. It is valid forever without expiry date.
Q: How to sell off eCash?
A: When your account bonuses reach 500e, you can apply to sell off eCash. After you logon to the company website and fill up the relevant details, the company will process your application within 72 hours and will notify you with the result via email.

II. About Registration

Q: How to apply as company member?
After understanding the company products and sales plan, you can register as company member via the company online registration. You will officially become a member after completing your personal information, purchasing company eCash and consuming the products.
Q: What kind of treatment will a member enjoy?

A: Koyo World (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd and Japan well-known Koyo Chemical Co. Ltd cooperate as partners in the sales of Chitosan health food products, which are developed by Japan Koyo Chemical Co. Ltd. The Chitosan product series which produced by Japan Koyo Chemical Co. Ltd are all originated from the red leg crabs at deep sea 1000 meter and below. The raw materials are non-polluted and the whole production line is recognized internationally as the standard procedure of producing Chitosan products.
Q: The product is effective to which kind of disease?
A: Many patients from Japan and China have taken Koyo Glucosamine. As conclusion, this product is very effective in the treatment of arthritis. Chitosan product series are also a great treatment supplement in the overall of health maintenance.
Q: Can we mix and match our own product package?
A: Since it is a fixed package, it does not allow freely mix and match.
